MATH SAT/ACT COMPARED
Significant changes in the SAT & the ACT have been implemented, with ongoing minor upgrades continuing to be made. Test date changes -- such as allowing summer testing -- mean that your student has the advantage of many new choices for college prep standardized tests. However, as with all great opportunities, there are significant and added responsibilities if one is to make an optimal choice in test taking for the season. Your answers to the questions below are potential indicators of which test to take, and when. We begin coaching our students from the beginning of Freshman year to be ready at the appropriate time for the appropriate test, to consider making the commitment to a solid PSAT scores (& subsequent scholarship potential), and to be ready in a planful, low-stress way to optimize potential scores... Take the time to get an idea of what is ahead, and set up a one hour consultation to help develop a plan.
